Worship Facility
Total Construction was the general contractor selected to assist a congregation located in Haverhill, MA. We developed budgets, a scope of work, and value engineering options to renovate the existing 3,500 square foot building and construct a 5,200 square foot addition.
Scope of Work
- New foundations, slab, framing, siding, roof, & mechanicals for 5,200 SF addition
- New finishes for expanded sanctuary, platforms, sound booth, meeting rooms, & baptistery
- New bathrooms on first and second floors
- Classroom expansions
- Site improvements including septic, gas, water, & parking lot
